Drove up here to Dunedin from Invercargill yesterday. The weather was a little on the wet side but there were some great views of the coast along the way.We got chating to a guy on one of the beaches and it turned out that he had visited Waterford last year. He offered to show us his farm, so off we went. We thought he'd just give us a quick look around but he and his son spend an hour driving us around the farm in two utes. Afterwards they dished out the Speights (Pride of the South) and offered us a bed for the night. We declined (7 guys - we'd eat them out of house and home) and continued on our merry way to Dunedin.
Dunedin is a big University town but unfortunately the students are on their summer holidays at the moment and last night was like spending a night at Oxygen night club in Waterford - nuf said.
