Handed in my notice at the pub yesterday, leave on either Sunday or Monday.
Got a new job down near a town called Rahotu, which is in provence of Taranaki. Its on the central west coast, 40mins south of the city of New Plymouth. I'm going to work for a contractor for two months, working mainly in cultivating and silage. The pay is $12.80 an hour which is better that here. The good thing is that I get overtime (time and a half) after 8 hours, and the guy told me that there was plenty of hours to work. My 2 brothers and 4/5 other guys from home are coming out for 6 weeks in Decemeber, so this should be a good way to save some money.
I must try and find a car to buy now.
