Ploughin Away
Have a day off today. Had a quite week last week - only worked 89 hours! Still mainly ploughing, but have done some silage hauling and power harrowing also. I've started to dream about ploughs and most nights I wake up thinking i'm in a tractor thats about to crash and I can't find the clutch - can't be good mentally sitting in a tractor for 15 hours a day!Yesterday I ploughed 10 hectares, averaging 40 secs a run - which meant that every 40 seconds I lifted up the plough, turned around and lowered the plough going in the opposite direction.
